Personal data:
Personal data means information that is assigned or can be assigned to your person. This includes, for example, your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address.

Collection and processing of personal data:
Upon visiting our website, the browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until automatic deletion:

Use and transmission of personal data and earmarking:
The preservation of the personal rights of customers, business partners, applicants and employees is our explicit aim. E+E Verpackungstechnik uses your personal data for the purposes of technical administration of the website, for customer administration, for product surveys and for marketing only to the extent required and it may be passed on within the Saier Group if necessary. A transmission to third parties does not take place, except if necessary for the execution of a contract or that we are obliged to do so by law or you have given us your prior consent.

Insofar as you have given us consent to the processing of your personal data, this constitutes the legal basis for the processing (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR forms the legal basis for processing of personal data for the purpose of initiating or fulfilling a contract with you.

Insofar as the processing of your personal data is necessary in order to fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. retention of data), we are authorised to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

In addition, we process personal data for the purpose of exercising our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Maintaining the functionality of our IT systems, but also the marketing of our own and third-party products and services and the legally required documentation of business contacts are such legitimate interests.

In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

Contact opportunity:
We offer you the opportunity to contact us via email and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing his establishment of contact. A transfer of this data to third parties does not take place. When using the contact form, the name and a valid mail address are required so that we know from whom the request came from and in order to be able to respond to it. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data, which may be collected by other components of our site, also not takes place.

The data processing for the purpose of establishing contact takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

E+E Verpackungstechnik uses cookies in order to track the preferences of visitors and to be able to optimally design the website accordingly. Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking:
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

We use the so-called conversion tracking in the framework of Google AdWords. When you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie will be stored for the conversion tracking. Cookies are text files that the Internet browser stores on the computer of the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website, Google and we can recognise that the user has clicked on this advertisement and has been redirected to this site.

Each Google AdWords customer receives another cookie. The cookies cannot be retraced via the website by AdWords customers. The information collected with the help of the conversion cookies serve to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers, who have decided to go for conversion tracking. We use plug-ins of the provider Vimeo on some of our Internet sites. When you visit web pages on our website that contain such a plug-in, a connection with the Vimeo servers will be established and the plug-in will thus be presented. E+E Verpackungstechnik uses technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your data managed by us against manipulations, loss, destruction and against the access of unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved corresponding to the technological development. Our employees are obliged to data secrecy. 

For security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, we use an SSL or TLS encryption on the website, in connection with the respectively highest encryption level supported by your browser. It is generally a 256 bit encryption. In case your browser does not support a 256 Bit encryption, we revert to 128 bit v3 technology. You can find out whether an individual page on our website is transmitted in an encrypted form from the closed representation of the keys or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
